Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is currently seeking an Engineer in Training professional to support the Water/Wastewater design team in our Loveland, CO office. The position will focus primarily on water & wastewater projects, which can include supply water infrastructure and sanitary/wastewater infrastructure engineering services. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment. Essential Job Functions
·Willing and able to travel to project sites as necessary.
·Practical and Technical written and oral communication skills.
·Proven ability to work in and support a team environment.
·High level of independence, confidence, and strong work ethic.
·Strong problem-solving skills and use of fundamental engineering principles.
Responsibilities and Duties:
·Support field investigations or assessments.
·Perform design engineering calculations.
·Assist in the design of various types of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
·Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
·Participate in writing and production of project reports.
·Take direction, guidance, and mentorship of senior engineers.
·Advance a project from inception to construction, through various stages of design and construction by adhering to timeframes and deadlines.
